PROGRAM PRICING

Efforts have been made to retain cost-effective pricing for these programs. Despite enormous planning and preparation, prices have been capped to be readily accessible by all communities.

Program Fees
 
Senior Living Communities Standard Fees:
 
With W-9 (Independent Contractor) the charge is $125/hr. With W2 (Regular Employee); Some organizations prefer a minimum of weekly programs. There is a slight reduction in cost to $100/hr with W-2 tax forms.
 
School-based Programs Standard Fees:
 
Minimum of 3-hrs, $ 375 per program. This includes hands-on, interactive programs, followed by a discussion/review.

Location Differentials:
 
Programs held within 35 miles of 01906 will be charged a standard fee. > 35 miles - 50 miles will be charged $25 for transportation costs. > 50 miles, $50 travel expenses
Program Props: Sometimes program props are added to the programs for purposes of experimentation or set-up. In most cases that is included with the standard fee. In rare cases, an additional $25 fee is charged for supply purposes. Advanced notice of these fees would be made far in advance of scheduled programs.

 

Program Suggestions: QUEST Skits are always in constant development and suggestions for program interests are always welcomed.

Program Feedback: Following EVERY program there is a discussion on the event and feedback from participants is greatly encouraged and valued.
